Dear Food and Wine Importers,
The VII Inward Mission will join Spanish enterprises in the Wine and Food sector from La Rioja and importers and distributors from EU (United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden…), United States, Canada, México and Asian markets (China, Japan and South Korea).
Conditions of participation:
Travel expenses to La Rioja, and lodging (3 nights) are 100% free for your importers and distributors.
Who can participate:
Importers/ distributors with purchasing capacity (legally established since three years at least). Representatives with capacity of decision in their companies.
27th February 2019:B2B meetings. Personalised agenda of interviews with Rioja producers. Logistic ready for wine and products tasting.
28th February 2019:Visits to Rioja companies. Personalised agenda of visits to Rioja producers.
Steps to participate for importers/distributors:
1. Register on the website:https://foodwine2019.b2match.io/ before 15th January (the order of registrations are taken into account)
2. Booking of interviews for the B2B (maximum agendas of 16 interviews). Importers select their first 11 interviews through the b2match platform from 21st to 24th Januay 2019. The rest of their agendas will be completed by Rioja companies requests (following a second step).
Booking of Rioja companies to visit. Importers will select 3 Rioja companies to visit their headquarters (the request list must be sent by e-mail to me. Visits agendas are not managed through the b2match platform).
3. Send copy of passport for flights booking (before 18th January). (After approval of our proposed flights, importers will receive the flight tickets by e-mail).
NOTE:Validations through the b2match platform must be done only by our organization, as they are linked to travel & lodging conditions.
